- Downtime/errors
- Apologies for the downtime/error messages you have been receiving; we have been trying to deal with a DDOS (Denial of Service) issue by bad actor Bots. They hide their true identity so we have been progressively trying to lock these out and it seems we went a little far and locked out quite a few legitimate requests. Hopefully we have found the happy medium now, thank you for your patience. We should add that all data is safe; this is not that sort of attack. Rest assured however that we have protections in place to stop that sort of thing as well as multiple backups in multiple locations and formats, should there be any hardware failures etc.
