Want to play bowls all year round? Then join Mossley Hill Athletic Club Bowls section, new players and teams welcome. Never played, don't worry, some coaching available. Single player? plenty of friendly people on hand to play against. A synthetic green, so games are seldom postoned due to weather......Contact Arthur for details.
Any player wishing to continue practicing on the green during the season, can get a winter membership for only £30 which lasts from September to the end of March 2025.
We are holding a bowls taster Session on April 4 th 11.00 till 12.00 noon. Every ability catered for so why not come along and give it a go. Bowls is a very sociable game and is excellent for your Physical and mental well being. If coming along please wear flat shoes. Give me a call if wanting a place.

The Pairs comp saw Mossley Hill Pair Alan Catterall and Kevin Wilson prevaile over Nomads pair Martin keatley and Paul Skyner.
Tue 27th Feb 2024Arncliffe upset all the odds in winning the Brian Dalley Trophy beating Quarrymen in the final.Well done to the team and all their players a great end to the season.
Sun 18th Feb 2024Nomad's Make it a double by winning the Tommy Jamieson pairs trophy with a close fought fight with Quarry men losing out by 3 PTS.
Sat 10th Feb 2024Nomads confirmed as Champions after beating their nearest rivals Mossley Hill.

The Martin keatley Individual competition will be on 11th and 13th March entries no later than Thursday 7th March.Single entry fees are £3 per player.
Make sure you give your names to your captain. Once the draw is done it will be too late to enter.
We intend to do the draws the Friday before the comp starts.
