It is with great sadness to tell you that Dave Sproston has lost his brave battle with cancer and sadly passed away on November 21st. Dave was the long time Captain of Amasal bowling team. He will be sadly missed by Family, Friends , all at Amasal Club and all that knew Dave from within the bowling community.
Funeral arrangements:
Stafford Crematorium Tuesday December 10th at 3.30 pm and afterwards at Amasal Club.

It is with great sadness to report the passing of Gordon Glover. Gordon passed away last weekend at the grand age of 99.
Gordon was a long time Bowler for Universal and latterly for Phoenix Uni.
He wil be sadly mised by Family, friends and all that knew him from within the bowling fraternity.

Bowls Shop Astonfields Stafford.
A recent visitor to the Stafford Branch of Crown Green Bowler Discount Centre imparted the following information regarding the closure of this shop.
The shop will be closing down for good by the 21st December but it could be earlier with everything being transferred over to their shop In Wolverhampton.
Unit 4-5, Spring Vale Industial Estate, Wolverhampton, WV4 6UA.
