Thanks to all those who attended the delegates meeting. It was May 13th not 14th. Next delegate meeting is Tuesday September 9th. Meetings are always Tuesdays
Delegates decided to allow a partially sighted player from Tamworth Eagles to use a yellow jack, borrowed from her club, if clubs only have black jacks. It will be correctly stamped.
