If you are no longer secretary for your club please pass this email to the relevant person.
Please find attached the Agenda, Accounts, and a copy of the minutes from the 2025 AGM and the 2026 club account.
I have received no proposals for rule changes from clubs.
I will be opening the web site for you to update your clubs player registration lists as soon as I have set the fixtures for 2026 and I will email you when this has been done. It will then be available for you to update until the day before the first match. Any changes after that date will need to be sent to me.
You should make sure your contact and captain details are up to date at the start of the season and this facility will remain open throughout the season so please ensure you update the web site of any changes as soon as they occur so that clubs can make contact when needed.
Please also email me details of any changes to club contacts so that I can update my emailing list.
