A message of thanks from Alrewas RBL bowls club
Due to the poor state of our green we decided in July to try and stop playing games at home in order to devote time to improving its condition
and give ourselves the best chance of having a decent green for next season.
All the clubs we approached were very helpful and cooperative in changing the venue and sometimes the date of our home games.
This was very much appriciated and we would like to extend a word of thanks to all clubs who helped.
There's room for improvement but the green is in much better conditiion than it was.

Doveridge BC. Sadley Ron Fleming has passed away after a long illness. The Funeral is on Friday 14th July at Doveridge Church.

Hammerwich Bowling Club.
Regretfully, Shirley Power passed away on Boxing Day 2022. She had been a memberof Hammerwich Bowling Club for many years.
Funeral Service is at 10.30am Thursday 26th January at Heath Hayes Crematorium and afterwards at St Matthew's Sports & Social Club, Burntwood
