It's is with regret and great sadness that I have to report the sudden passing of Dave Coppock Willenhall Trinity . Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife family and team mates at this very sad time.

Thu 16th May
The funeral of Mac Pearson will take place on
 Friday 14th June 2pm at St Johns Essington.
 The burial will following at Willenhall Lawn Cemetery family only.
 The Wake will be at Willenhall Liberal Club afterwards
 It would be lovely to see all those who knew Mac from  bowls at the service and down at the club.
For catering purpose please inform Kaz Kitson 07833 691399 via text whatsapp or facebook if you are going to the wake.

It is with great sadness that i have to report the passing of Mac Pearson,a very true friend.

Mac as done a lot for the sport of Crown Green Bowling throughout the years.

Mac you will be greatly missed, and our thoughts go out to his family at this sad time.

Mac Taylor's Funeral will take place at Bushbury Crematorium (West Chapel) at 12 noon on Tuesday 12th March, followed afterwards by a reception at South Staffs Golf Club, Danescourt Road, WV6 9BQ - all will be welcome.

It is with great regret that I report the death of Mac Taylor who passed away at home yesterday (25th) after a short illness. Mac had a long career in bowls and was well known in the game, having played for several local clubs over the years.  Our sympathies go out to his family

AGM and Prize Presentation

Dear Colleague

 

The Annual General Meeting and Prize presentation of both leagues will take place on Tuesday 13th February 2024 at the Willenhall Liberal Club commencing at 7.30pm. Please note all clubs must be represented at the meeting.

 

I have enclosed the minutes of the last AGM also included are the details of prize winners for the 2023 season.

 

All winners (i.e; team captains, average and merit winners) are invited to attend to collect prizes.

 

Can all clubs please advise me about any team resigning from the league or about putting a new team in by 31st January 2024.

 

The finance report will be available at the meeting.
