We have a septic tank at our club, the contractor who empties it has retired. Does any other club have a septic tank and if so could you let us know the contact details of the company that empties it.

To all Clubs, 

Please can I remind you to inform me as soon as possible by email and /or text about unregistered players as this will lead to a walkover. Continued use of unregistered players will then incur a fine as well as a walkover. 

Can you also make sure that all Captians put their name in when entering and checking results as I have had to go back to the Club information to find the missing Captains and play Detective  - there were 10 Clubs at fault this week. 

Sorry to have a moan.

Ken Allen Black Horse Bowling Club
 
It is with sadness that one of our most senior members, Ken Allen, passed away last week. Not only was Ken a fine bowler he was a stalwart for the club for many years captaining numerous sides together with taking the roles of both Secretary and Treasurer.
Ken was always available for help and advice and will be sorely missed by all at the club.

The draw for the next round of the Over 60's Cups on 23rd May is available on the Competition Results tab. Please check both the A and B cups to see if your green is being used even if you are not in the cup and ensure your facilities are made available.

Please remember as per cup rule (7) All teams entering cup competitions may promote players but may not demote  players.

Information from Bournville Sports Crown Green Bowls Club regarding 2025 season. 

Due to the ongoing renovations of their greens the folowing;

Over 60's A Team will play on the Near Green, 

               B Team will play on the Far Green

               C Team will play on the Far Green
