The Representative match previously scheduled for Monday 28th July against East Birmingham teams has been cancelled for 2025 by mutual agreement. We will look to arrange something for next season

Singles Merit Competition
 
The Heart of England Singles Merit will take place at The Hart Redditch with qualifying nights on Monday 8th - Thurs 11th with the finals night on Friday night September 12th. The matches will start at 6.30pm. Entry Fee is £5 per player and can be transferred to the following detail:-

Please contact Jonathan Griffin by text to confirm payment via text on 07971717490 or via email at dickymintsenior@googlemail.com ( please do not phone ). A maximum of 2 players from one club on each of the qualifying nights who will be kept in different halves of the draw. Also home players will have penalty of 5 shots and have to give the jack away as in previous years.
 
Please support this competition which is open to anyone that has played at least 1 Thursday Night League Match or 1 Over 60s Friday Morning match so please if you haven't entered before try your luck as these Merit Competitions are a vital part of the league.

About Short Mat Bowls:

Please note that the Semi Finals of the Thursday A and B cups are not on a fixed date but need to be arranged with your opponents before 14th August. Please don't leave it until the last minute to make contact with your opponents. It the responsibility of both clubs to make contact.
