The Representative match previously scheduled for Monday 28th July against East Birmingham teams has been cancelled for 2025 by mutual agreement. We will look to arrange something for next season

Dear Member

The following statement and attachments have been sent to your Club.

Can I please remind you that the AGM is being held on Monday 2nd February at Woodbourne Sports Club  The Burrows, Rumbush Ln, Earlswood, Solihull B94 5LW to arrive at 6.45pm  to start at 7.00pm. Please can you return all trophies that night so that they are ready for the presentation evening, failure to so will incur a fine. 
 
The Presentation Evening is to be held on Saturday 28th February at Stirchley United Working Mens Club 41 Hazelwell Lane B30 2PR 7.00pm and tickets are £7.00 to include entertainment and a buffet.. A list of Prizewinners is attached and either the person themselves or a representative from the Club will need to attend on the night to collect their winnings.
 
Attached in the email to all clubs are the entry forms for 2026, the Agenda for the AGM, the minutes of last year's AGM and the treasurers report which has been recently audited.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Dear Members, 

Wishing you all a very Happy New Year and to say that the AGM is on Monday 2nd February at Woodbourn Sports Club, 6.45pm arrival for a 7.00pm start. The Burrows, Rumbush Ln, Earlswood, Solihull B94 5LW

Please can you return any trophies from last season please as well as your entry form which will be sent to your secretary.

A date for your diary - Presentation evening is Saturday 28th February, Stirchley, £7 a ticket (more details to follow)

To All Members, 

Congratulations to all teams for an excellent season with League Matches and Cup Competitions. 

There will be no end of season meeting but please put the 2nd February 2026 in your calendars for the AGM at Woodbourne arriving at 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start.

Please make sure that you bring all cups, trophies and plaques back at the AGM so we can get them ready for the presentation evening.

There will be a proforma about entries for the 2026 season going out to you in the new year.
